**** all you beach goers... michelle and my other 2 friends that I hang out with most are all leaving for the beach on the 27th and not coming back until the 3rd.

meanwhile, my work is then closed from the 5th to the 9th. so while they're at the beach I'll be working, and while I'm off, they'll be working lol

gay. I'm hoping some waves happen so I can go surfing while I'm off

Yeah but that's why I don't pay $30K for a domestic. I pay $15K for a BMW that's worth $8K after I beat the living piss out of it for 6 years. And as for the home, those cost money and my kid will pay. Besides retirement home workers have all the best drugs.

My weekend will most likely consist of buying 2400 pounds of sand and hauling it home behind the 540, and digging a 60 foot trench to lay electrical for the new hot tub. Last weekend I installed a utility sink. I'm still proud of it. It doesn't leak or anything and I just hand tightened everything ;)

Sabotage isn't cool. I actually have to fix it. I have to shorten the ptrap line so that the sink can push back against the wall. THen I'm going to buy a bracket to mount it to the wall in addition to the legs. Right now someone could just bump into it and rip out the drain pipe. Not exactly ideal. It was actually a ton of work to cut into the existing water lines and sweat new ones and I made an enormous mess blowing out the lines. I also installed a new S trap into the kitchen sink drain and a new rubber food stopper thing for the garbage disposal. The kitchen sink needed a new trap because I busted the old brass one taking it out to snake a clog... I hear the brass traps break all the time due to acids breaking them down.

And by the way, snaking a drain is FTL. Nothing like getting blackish poop all over you.

haha nah I would never sabotage. sounds like a cool project man. I know nothing about that stuff

also Im so glad I have cool neighbors. guy next store just came over and asked me if when he was burning a dead tree, if ash got in my house or all over my car (since the cover is on) and that he was sorry. Of course nothing even remotely close happened like that. just told him my car was covered because it just got detailed (and it looks like its about to storm), and that all the windows in the house are closed/locked when I'm not home since my dad and his gf are away.

but I guess it's just cool to be neighbors with someone that we make sure that things are cool between us and that things we are doing are ok (i.e. warming up my car, dad having people over and outside late at night, etc).

I have no idea if I bug my neighbors or not. The neighbor to the one side of me is the lawn nazi of the neighborhood and I mow my lawn so he doesn't care about anything else. The neighbor to the other side said something like "nothing you could ever do could ever compare to the psychotic old woman who lived here before you. Carry on"

yeah. my neighbor says no big deal, but sometimes I really wonder.. the other neighbors house isn't as close so I don't talk to him as much.

All my neighbors are cool as ****, except the ones directly across, cause they have been copying all the same additions/upgrades as we have been on my dads house. We completely rebuilt this place without tearing it down, no lie. There was one time where the upstairs of the house didn't exist, was just framework getting replaced. The value of it has tripled+ since and it's only cost less than half of what it's worth including all the renovations. It's sweet when your dad and relatives know wtf theyre doing, we even completely leveled the entire property since were on the corner in the middle of a hill.

My moms house on the other hand, is brand new, and retardedly huge. So it better not have any problems, four car garage ftw!
