Ok,I think I know what you talking about, that should look awesome. Red chrome would be cool aswell though, very different and would keep with the color scheme of the car. I really like how the car looks right now with the red stock wheels,so I can only imagine how it would look with those wheels.

Please don't.
Otherwise I like those wheels a lot. They should look good.

So you go from a +45(that sat flush with the fenders) skip the 30s all together and jump into a +29...WOW! Remember the cars back in the day where the wheels stuck out an inch past the fenders? That's gonna be you. Nice wheels tough, no question about that.

I'd be willing to bet against you Matt.

Even though I <3 you.

before any bet is placed, even IF his old wheels sat flush, which they didn't, these wheels are only 21mm closer to the fender, which is under 1".

they weren't flush, if they were, I would have rubbed

Besides, there was no camber in the back and positive camber in the front and I still didn't rub.
These wheels are also a half inch wider.

he's going to also have the same stretch as his old wheels, 225/40 on a 8.5 vs 235/40 on a 9.5.

He only needs to clear 21mm more. With camber and a nice fender roll it will be cake.

Wish they made those wheels in 9.5 though Bill, that woulda been sick.
