One of my favorite steak marinades of all time:

Sam Adams Boston Ale Marinade

1 Cup oil
3 Garlic Clves, crushed
1 Cup Sam Adams Boston Ale (I used lager, still amazing)
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/2 Soy Sauce (I used low sodium)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt (omit if wanted, soy sauce has a LOT of salt in it already)
2 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper

Now, get a nice sized steak, around 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Blend ingredients together, place into large bowl/pan where steak is totally covered. I also used a ziplock bag for this step, for lack of anything else to use. Poke holes all over the steak with a fork, to allow the marinade to really soak in there. Allow steaks to marniade overnight. If steak is not totally covered, be sure to flip the steak at least once. When ready to cook, bring steak to room temp (as in, take it out of the fridge in the AM). Fire up the grille, and get to cookin! Left over Sam can be used to drink with this steak.

that was a good steak...

medium rare with plenty of pepper and some salt. cooked the way i usually do except i ended up broiling it for about 5-6 minutes with 4 pieces of montery jack w/ hot peppers in it so that the cheese kinda crusted... mmmm good

First things first, I personally feel that all meat should always be cooked nice and slow. That’s the best way to produce results -- both for presentation and taste. So, for these, im cooking with indirect heat. The meat is placed on the far side of the grill, while only the smoker receives heat. Start the smoker about 15 - 20 minutes before placing the meat on the grill.

After doing some research, I found that the smoker I use, has way to much ventilation. So, here is where the tin foil comes in. I simply wrapped the lid of the smoker in tin foil, and poked 4 dime sized holes in the lid.

Where did you get the smoker box from?

Here is a healthier recipe out of the bunch we have on here.

Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple Chunks
Supplies:

Cinnamon
Pineapple (Cored or whole)
Bowl
Grill
Rum(optional)
Brown Sugar(optional)
Fruit Juice(optional)
First off, i went out and purchased cored Pineapple and removed the core in preperation for being cut.

I cute the cored pineapple into about 1/2 inch chunks.

I filled a bowl with about 2 cups of water, which i placed about 2 heaping teaspoons of cinnamon into, and sturred.
I have created this using a cup of rum in addition to the cinnamon, or brown sugar as a substitute. I have also used apple juice, lemon juice, and bbq sauce. All had great results.

Following that, The pineapple chunks are submerged to soak in the cinnamon marinade for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Once the pineapple is marinaded, It gets placed onto the grill for about 1 to 2 minutes each side. I used about mid heat on my grill, but each grill varies obviously. I also had the grill preheated. to about 300 degrees.

Dont forget to flip the chunks after a minute or two! At this point, you are just about finished. Just place on a plate (or if you are randy enough to eat off the grill) and enjoy. These only need a minute, if that, to cool down.

This recipe can be used within other recipes as toppings or a side dish to other meals.
