If it's a subcompact then they do have a bit of kick, no doubt about that.

Carry in MD from PA???? In short, DON'T DO IT. Two separate locked containers for MD if you are driving through. As far as I know, MD doesn't recognize PA LTCF (or any state for that matter), and are extremely strict (think NJ) with gun laws. Please don't quote me on this, but MD is one of those states that only allow the lawful transportation of separately locked weapons to and from the range/gun store.

I think the current turn around is 100 days give or take. Good luck.
See above. MD will NOT honor FL's concealed carry license.

agreed. while i do understand there will be a slight period of 'n00b' status, in my opinion, if you live in PA and don't know the basic gun laws for NY, DE, NJ, OH, MD, and even VA (and how they relate to PA residents) then you've got no business carrying.

If you have a job that allows you to carry in all 50 states, why are you asking TST what you should do in MD? As to the hollow points, use them all you want in MD. But hollow points in NJ, **** NJ.

Same thoughts I had. I'll keep it simple. STAY THE **** OUT OF NEW JERSEY! ahahaha
But here is something from NJ State Police about hollow points

Why are you asking TST laws if you are an active LEO ( "im not going to say too much,", except you just did (another Philly cop)? But again, you are free to carry hollow points in MD.

In NJ, the wording is sketchy, as it states that active duty are free to carry hollow points, however, retired LEO are not. In regards to the LEO Safety Act, I don't believe anyone has tested or cared enough to prosecute an out of state LEO or federal that was carrying hollow points in NJ.

You have direct access to ask whatever stupid questions you want to LEO in other states, yet you ask TST. Interesting, that's all.

Ever met a cop that would jam you up because of the ammo you had in your gun, I haven't. I went to NJ with Black Talons in my piece, was talking to an NJ Trooper (who have the biggest chance of being dicks) and he thought they were cool because he had never seen them before.

Newest addition

Had a spare AR laying around and found a guy local looking to get rid of this upper and an AR57 so my Double Star lower might become a whore until I get 2 more lowers. Not sure if I want the AR57 yet, I actually go the Beowulf upper for dirt I traded him a bunch of the Black Talons I had that I got for next to nothing. Ammo should be here this weekend im looking forward to shooting some 400grain goodness.
