The Patriot's have Very good QB coach Offensive coordinator, whichever you want to call it, they make ****ty QB's into superstar's not all the best player's come out in the 1st round either, look at Brady for instance he came out in the 6th-7th round something like that, he is a amazing QB. its all about the scouting to.

Mcnabb and Reid will stay...even when they seem to be down and out they seem to come back to make some sort of dent.

They need a reciever to complaiment Jackson. It would of been nice if the eagles could of got fitzgerald during the off season but oh well thats in the past.

They need to teach McNabb to go deep more often. All the big plays the Eagles got were off of long balls. They have the receivers. Jackson has not impressed me one bit all season. Curtis and Celek are the real stars of that offense. Westbrook has been demoted to an off-screen pass receiver and off-blocker.

But you also have to look at the eagles rely on westbrook alot. They would rather run the ball then throw it. Curtis was out for the first half of the season and Celek didnt prove valuable until late in the season. Then late in the season Westbrook has been hurt. I don't think Jackson has had enough chances to really prove himself to be nothing other than a showboating rookie until he came back this past game to swipe the ball Mcnabb threw for an INT.

I think adding another proven wideout would make defenses think twice...double threat (being pass or running the ball)...just like they were when they went to the superbowl with the biggest showboat of them all ...TO.

I agree. Jackson has good hands, but just because Curtis is finally healthy and Celek is finally getting a hold of this game doesn't mean you should write them off for the next 3-5 years.

I think that the Eagles just need to work on how they hustle to the line instead of bumbling around after every play, winding down the clock little by little when they could use that time later on.

Also, they need to get some better play calling.

Andy Reid has to do better at balancing the offense. I don't understand why buckhalter is doing better then westbrook, even when Westbrook, is fully healthy it seem's like Buckhalter always gets the run plays we need, every once in a while Westbrook will, but Buckhalter does it more.

Oh i dont count them out at all...Curtis is one of my favorite players and i think he does an awesome job. I just think he doesnt get as many looks as he should, which is one of the problems. Celek is really getting alot better and i think he could help minimize the double coverages on Westbrook when he goes out for a pass.

They need to mix up the play calls. And i agree with you the slow pace of the offense is annoying but that has alot to do with Mcnabb. He needs to speed it up.

Westbrook is a tiny guy. We have been playing nothing but top notch defenses the past month. Buckhalter is just a bigger guy that can at least attempt to plow through the middle. Westbrook and Jackson also spend too much time dancing instead of running. C'mon, these are NFL players, not HS guys playing zone defense. They can see where you are going and are quick on their feet and adapt. They're not going to get "faked out" by you swinging your hips around a few times.

We really wont know what will happen with Brady and Cassel probably until around camp time again. Its just too early.

The Pats are keeping their options open right now. With Brady's progress in question, and with how well Cassel did this season, its something to think about.

McNabb is past his prime, inconsistant and cracks under pressure... give me a good reason why he SHOULDN'T go?
Cassel will most likely get the franchise tag, and pending the recovery of Tom Brady, could be the starter again next year.

Matt Ryan also isn't going to leave Atlanta right after his rookie season. I am sure that Atlanta will start to build themselves around Ryan.

Kolb, needs to gtfo. He is garbage even as a backup. There is NO reason, at all, he should be an NFL player.

McNabb might be past his prime, inconsistant, and cracks under pressure, but in reality, there are no other options out there. I'd rather have McNabb back there then say, Jay Cutler, Derek Anderson, or whoever.
