oh and did anybody else laugh when the 4 or 5 guys in the Scion xA listening to Drakes "Best I Ever Had" did the burnout. I thought that was hilarious for some reason.

...and double fail for your buddy blasting his music. pointless. ranks right up there with speeding through the parking lot....burn outs....fighting....and drag racing at that light in front of everyone...way to go!!

Saying the cops chase us out for that is like saying that they chased us out for the super loud bikes that were revvin their **** up on the blvd in front of us.

why do you think they started chasing people out in the first place??? we used to sit in parking lots on the blvd all nite without any hassle from the police. ive been hangin out on the blvd on sundays for 15 years and it used to be a chill place where people were actually level headed and didnt do anything stupid. unfortunetly stupidity is contagous and now when morons act up, it spreads and you have an epidemic of failure. if people didnt do some of the things they do than the cops wouldnt have a reason to chase everyone out. this "meet" is supposed to be about people hangin out and shooting the **** about cars....not about who has the loudest stereo.....not which 15 sec will win in a drag race up the blvd. its rediculous. so sayin that they will chase us out at 10:15 no matter what happens is bull b/c they started doin that for a reason. but most people dont care and still act childish cause they feel the need to show off.

I actually live across the street from the parking lot, and the cops come through there about 10pm every night of the week. 1015 they get to the lot we all sit in, and kick us out for....well anything they can say from loitering to causing a disturbance, you get the point.
In any case you and I are about the same age, so you would remember nights downtown and off Holstein that went two and three hours at a time.
It's never gonna be that way again. One day the cops will realize that if we are standing in a lot chillin, we are not out racing. When we leave that lot....
People drive like Idiots. I am all for a new location and telling people to keep the bs, like the stuff you mentioned allready, away from that new meet. People need a little self control in the lot, not a lot...just a little.

I'm down for a new location without disclosing it to the mass public. It would be so nice to spend Sunday nights with real car guys, talking about cars, eating, and just having a good time without idiots ruining it. I know a spot where some of these guys hang out, unfortunately I wouldn't be welcome there because first impression upon seeing my car would be "hes probbably here to cause trouble" simply because its an import

I think thats just a failure of the internet though. 15 years ago you could meet and just tell your friends and people who were cool, and that was all the people who would know about it if you were off the main road a little. Now 1 person finds out and posts it to the world, and every idiot can show up to ruin it.

Thats why we need to get together and figure out who is responsible enough to tell about this. Start a new meet with the select crowd and keep it low key, use our best judgement on who gets invited in, sort of like a clan haha.

A few guys and myself did this on Friday nights at an undisclosed location but it kinda died down cause it wasn't a lot of us.

Usually this is where I say I am down any night of the week, but tons of people go out to drink on Friday nights. I am not one of them even though it would be fair to say that I used to be. Point being, I would rather wait until Sunday night when most of the general population is home and ready for bed for their Monday am shift.
Yes, I know I am not the only one here, I have to work Monday as early as 6am some weeks after being out all night too.
Thursdays were working well at Sonic in Bensalem, are we not going there anymore? Is this because some people couldn't control the mad tyte skillz on the way out of the lot? We can try Friendly's there on Bustleton? Brunzwick Zone off Street rd. ?
