I know the BMW group... a bunch are from out of town and came out a day ahead to hang out and have a BBQ etc... they were gonna hit up Sonic regardless since they're here, but were pretty cool with understanding that we had to push the event back due to rain. Hopefully some of them can come back next week cause I think some of their cars are probably pretty sick.

im a business man myself, but having 1 car in a stall for 5 hours, loses money because the stall is tied up, but in that same5 hour period, they can have 5-8different cars using that stall, people coming from Church or going to the wal-mart, that have no interest in the show, wouldnt be able to use the stall because of the show cars are taking up those spaces.

im just saying

no matter what you will have people complaining about the stalls, you will have the non-show people complaining there is no parking because of show, then you will have people that dont post on this board and dont know about the stall rule will be complaining because it should be "fair game"

Good call to hold the meet next week due to the weather. A beautiful day with a huge turnout will ensure that TST impacts the community with a maximum donation to Make-A-Wish.

Having driven home from pottstown to newtown in this ****ty weather, I can say it was definitely the right call. it was cold and windy and wet. I changed tires after an, um, incident at a pre-meet BBQ we held.

Thats pieces of tire on the ground there lol. My buddy wanted a ride. Guess I shouldn't have launched so hard

But anyway, traction was crappy in the rain and yeah next weekend should be so much nicer.

was one of the 'others', silver scooby lgt. watched the highlight of this 'meet' which was the beretta stalling out and getting pushed back into a spot. bimmers took up all the stalls which i know sonic enjoyed. left after 20 minutes, but props to those who showed up anyway.
