After having the opportunity to drive Daves EVO, I have to say...
It impressed the hell out of me.
I really do think that the new STI is going to come out decidedly on top this time. Only time will tell.

Sweet

I like it, and with a few mods that thing will be fast. It's not quite as blatent as the hatch or the last STi with the giant ricer boy wing.

I'd take one for sure!!

Can't wait to see pics of the new toys... Personally if I make any upgrade it'll be a 2012 Coupe. I am quite content with my egg currently.

I'm sure it will. If Subaru doesn't own the Evo like the Evo owned the STi in 08 then they just wasted a ton of money.

I don't even like the 2010 Evo X. The way they redid the side skirts is ugly.

Yeah? I like that they changed them, the aerodynamics without side skirts caused a lot of rock chips at the quarter fenders.

I don't like the new display...really prefer the red one..more german looking.

I do wish my GSR came with the bluetooth setup like the 2010's did, but thats an easy fix.

would like the sound deadening windshield and a few of the MR Touring features with regular MR seats but thats because I'm getting old and want a BMW with Evo performance and bang for the buck, haha.

I went to check out the 2010's last month and I hated the look. I'd rather take the slender look or aero kit.

It must also be a problem to anyone who wants to get aftermarket side skirts. I don't think it fits the same.

The 2011 wrx is a great improvement but the 2011 STI seems to be a huge letdown. All that hype as the fastest STI ever and all it is, is a 2011 WRX with a big wing, 305hp and some aluminum bits in the suspension. Nice to see the sedan come back though.

Don, the suspension is a better varient of the spec-c underpinnings that the STI SE has.

HUGE letdown in the power department.
