That's true as far as login time.
But the guy responded a page or two back & STILL didn't give the graphs to the OP. If they're gone, the shop should man up and admit it. If not, there's no reason the OP should still be asking for what he paid for.

As far as I know... Rick is the only dyno operator there... He had to come in to do my car...

I was told that they wouldnt be deleted and that I would have them... I doubt some one would delete them just for the hell of it.

If so.. I'll be pissed

Seriously Rich, you still don't have your dyno graphs? I hope you're calling them and emailing them as well. Although, you should have received your graphs last week since someone did respond.

Never recomended DPS, never will. GL with getting your ****, I say we walk in there and raise a storm, if they lost the charts, they can throw the car on the dyno again and give you sheets like you should have had forever ago.

I'm PMing them a link to this thread right now, if they don't answer they are not worth dealing with or spreading good word about, I've never seen such neglect for customer care, even Raceland took care of my issues and some.

I called like 5 times before I made this thread... This thread has gotten me more of a response then I'll ever get with calling... It seems no one there had a problem making an excuse on the phone where no one can see or hear it.

The fact that this Rick guy posted in here with some serious attitude, like his shop was doing you a favor so just deal with it, and then STILL didn't post the graphs after saying it would be no biggie is infuriating.

Sorry to hear that you still havent gotten your results thats rediculous. I finally got some extra money and was gonna start modding my car and was definatley going to look into them for some of my parts. But after this fiasco i can say they just lost a customer and ill be telling my friends to stay away as well.

Yeah I know. They can still be looking and avoiding logging on on purpose who knows. Just putting it out there. Either way they know this post exists and only responded once with no helpful information.

i think these scumbags need to man up and send in the graphs like everyone has said. i was going to stay out of this thread but now its getting a bit ridiculous. like someone mentioned before, if you had time to respond to this thread you had the 5 mins to send the email, if it even takes that long. i say ban them because they really are just pos. if they arent banned and if they respond again and dont send the graphs, they should definitely be banned then. i wont be recommending them to anyone.

ill prob get infraction points for this but oh well it was worth it.

If that happens before the OP gets his graphs I think that at the very least they should get a temporary ban.

ive even tried IMing them for the OP because they have 2 AIM screen names...and i've IMed them when they were "available" according to my buddy list, and not once have i gotten a response. i think they're plain old ignoring the situation. which is incredibly rude.
