This thread got me wanting some BBQ so heres a quick way to make either wings or drum sticks.

Mix drum sticks or wings with this stuff.

Put them on the grill on medium heat.

Cook them until they are a nice brown color and them put BBQ sauce on them of your choice. I like:

Put the drums or wings on the top rack, set the two middle burners to low and turn the side burners off. Close the lid and allow them to cook for another 15-20 minutes. This allows them to get the flavor of the BBQ and it also makes them very tender.

Smoking is awesome, and to add to the flavor i make a dry rub to go on any of the meats, I use the following
-kosher salt
-paprika
-brown sugar
-Garlic Powder
-white pepper
-black pepper
-Cayenne pepper
-Thyme
-Sage
-Oregano
Basically i use equal amounts sugar and salt, then about half the amount paprika, and the rest i add to taste.
Put some regular yellow mustard(not spicy brown) on meat, then generously season with the rub, work it into the meat, let it sit for an hour or two, then slow cook/smoke away.
Adding you favorite BBQ sauce at the end makes it the tits.

well what you do is get 2 zip lock bags get a quart size one and one small one. Then you proceed to make you fav ice cream recipe. then you place that inside the small bag and zip it tight. then place ice in the bottom of the larger bag, place the little bag in the big bag add alittle rock salt, then add more ice on top of the other bag and alittle more rock salt. then shake around for about 5 to 8 Min's and there you have it ice cream in 8 Min's or less. i have my kids do this all the time and they get the biggest kick out of making it.

you can use any ice cream recipe. But just scale it back.To do that just half everything the recipe calls for.
