Sadly this is what the new WRX will look like. The pics appeared in the latest MotorTrend from their first-look photoshoot today and I'm not real impressed. They didn't even change the drivetrain and the 5 speed is still carried over. I'm very disappointed....

You posted the same pics from the being nubie.lol.

I agree it has potential and if it has the STi motor hell yeah that 300hp in that little thing.

The pics from motor trend arent real they took a mazda 3 and chopped it to look like a subie.Look at this pic.lol.

Also, it used to be that in rallying that a WRC car must be a turbocharged 2.0 liter engined car which was also AVAILBLE TO THE PUBLIC

It still is 2.0. They only make the 2.5's here. They have to sell I think 2k of them.

Rally cars share very little in common with there road going counterpart. Its ****logation rules that allows us to get cars like this so in no way is a rally car "based" off a street car. The production of the street car is based on the rally car and thats the way its always has and always will be done since it wouldnt be competitive otherwise.

I kinda like the zero sports pic of the new wrx, but I don't like the stock look. I'll give it some time before I decide and see what can be done with them.

I never bought a Subaru for being pretty. Because they aren't.

But this is just extreme. I am totally okay with it being a hatch, I like hatches. The front and rear 3/4 views are disgusting, though.

focus RS looks so much better. if ford had any sense of timing NOW would be a good one to bring it to the us

I dont think its sick but with some nice mods it could be sick.
And if it get the STi motor.Then numbers should be sick in that little thing.

I think I would rather have a older R32 though.

Kinda disappointed when the evo X looks pretty sick ecspecially now.lol.
