yup, new axels coming tomorrow. Sunday at 4am grabbed second gear and boom. Shut it down right away and had a tow truck there by 6am. Shop said they were very impressed with how im using the car hah

Got hit last week.woman back into me and cracked the corner of my rear bumper. So that's getting replaced soon to the the of like 1800.
Still trying to decide what i want to do for a stereo. Really want some sort of bluetooth only amp so i can just use my phone. Kicker has something I'm looking at.
but yea.. Wheels are the next big update.

obvously monday has come and gone. was supposed to be done last friday. he forgot to order lug nuts. supposed to be done monday, wrong ones showed up. hes driving up here thursday to get it all done. fingers crossed. its my only day off this week.

once wheels and graphics are done, next up is a ducktail and finally a stereo.

was thinking about long term goals and the list is looooong

respray- glass out, possible color change, rain gutter delete, sunroof delete (CF skin), stubby mirrors. 993 rear quarter window seals. all new rubber throughout. a thorough rehab of the body.
have a buddy who is looking for a junk 993... for a rwb conversion.. so thats honestly on the table as well..2 for 1?

lighting- new taillights if wetsanding ect doesnt bring them back. doubt it will. a H4 HID upgrade.

brakes- 993TT setup would be cool. otherwise just refresh the calipers, new rotors pads lines fluids at minimum.

suspension- all new bushings. bigger sway bars. ulitmately 993gt2evo upgrights ect to do a proper 993tt brake upgrade. happy with the pss10 setup for now.

motor- ITB setup and new ecu. i wanna open the boot lid and see a bunch of velocity stacks. plus it sounds badass. because racecar. possible a/c delete? depends what i pick up for a DD. ulitmately heater delete.. simple but should be done. will get a CF heater bypass duct from fabspeed when i get around to it.

interior- remove center console. relocate !, central lock and hazard switch to dash panel. another wheel, possibly momo protipo or a 993rs, rear cage because racecar. cage and seat backs color matched. dash and wheel and door cards in stock materials but with double stick in blue and rubystone to match the wheels. new tach, in mexico blue.

stereo- bluetooth amp. no headunit, just an amp and front stage. use iphone as headunit. clean, simple.

wheels- my engine builder has a set of ox fitipaldis that i want. he thinks they are junk. i told him when hes done using them as rollers in the shop ill take them off his hands to rebuild.

Yea, about those updates. The wheels don't fit. Two alignments, two sets of tires. Offsets are so wrong the front wheels looked like tractor wheels and the rears even with -3 degrees of camber the fender still rested on top of the tire. So those got boxed up today and shipped back.
I'm back to the drawing board, on winter wheels/tires in mid June. Im pissed.

Adding insult to injury, the vinyl was full of small holes. Unreal.

Anyone have any ideas? Thinking a cheap set to get me through the year. Iron seeing whats available. Right now I've been offered to buy a set of work Brombachers, Hartmann twists, or ruf speedlines.

Stereo tuesday. No headunit. Just an amp with a bluetooth hookup to run a front set of components.

Yea, me too.

Still in the hunt for something cool like bbs e88, or just a set of cup1 until i can scrape enough bread together for a set of hre935. Have only ever seen them on one 911, but never a 964.
