I have my Canon XTI all charged up for pics, and a cellphone for video. I hope it isn't rough on us in Chester County that bad, Im borderline Parkesburg/Coatesville. I also hope my car doesn't get banged up by debris, but if it does, oh well its inevitable.

The only real issues are the wind (so far I'm seeing 25-35mph which isn't that crazy other than weak trees and power outages) and the time to rain ratio. Between tonight and tomorrow afternoon theyre talking up to 4 inches.

It's gonna be bad but not life threatening lol

You near any tidal bays or the ocean?
Add in some storm surge and the new moon making the tides high enough to flood without any rain or wind.

Yesterday it looked like it could flood here and it was nice as hell out

Are you high sir? With the record setting rainfall amounts in the month of august for the northeast region this could be just as bad if not worse than hurricane Floyd was back in 1999

I agree. Over 12" at Philly International for August so far which makes it the wettest August on record since the late 1800's when they started keeping records. So, add the saturated soil, then another 10" +/- of rain, and some fairly high winds... Severe flooding, and trees down everywhere. That's my prediction at least.

And don't forget that 12 inches was in a month period.... Try throwing another 10 inches on top of that in less than 36 hours
