Make sure you all dress very warm. It's going be cold and windy, so working the course is going to be brutal. I may have to dig out some of my ski gear.

looks like it is going to be a good turnout for the event this weekend. sm is looking like a good group to be in. for some reason this year it seems bigger then ever. i seem to remember sm being a relatively small group. anyway the more people to race against the more fun it is. On the noble topic, my dad just bought one. it is absolutel the most rediculous car i have ever driven. it handles like it is on rails. the only problem with it is that it has a very large turning radious which i could imagine would suck for autox. regaurdless my dad and i will be bringing it to at least one of the summer events.

Well, I just got home. This was my first auto-x and I sucked... bad... But I had fun and learned quite a bit. I had my digital camcorder out for alot of the 3rd heat. If anyone ran the 3rd heat let me know, I might have some video of you. Ofcourse it won't be the greatest since the course was so big and it was freezing and windy.

Hahah hey man your car looks so rediculous right now. Hottest car of the event bar-none.

I also enjoyed the day. Jeff ran my car in the first heat, and then I took over in the second. Learned alot about the car and everything. Unfortuneately my g/f Kate was getting sick near half way so we had to leave early. I can't wait for it to warm up.

That was probably one of the better 80s 300zx's ive ever seen especially the wheels. Did anyone see the blue 70s opel montra coupe? It ran e street prepared and was pulling off sub 60 second runs on street tires.

What did everybody think of the course? Walking through i thought it was going to be a real wide open course with possibly hitting third gear. After the runs, it was a totally different ballgame...much slower and less room for speed than i originally expected there to be.
