What the hell? I am applying at Kohls and one of the questions for previous employment asks if this position was a supervisor or a manager position. Options for an answer are yes or no.

They are basically the same thing, so I would imagine they are using the terms interchangeably. So if you were considered a manager or a supervisor, whatever the title, the answer would be yes.

I got the same thing, and i answered no, and still got the job, they don't look at that honestly. just criminal background and drug tests. its what the district manager told me the first night on 3rd shift.

Everytime I have to go to the bathroom in the afternoon, the guy is cleaning. He never does it at the same time, either. But it always happens to be when I'm about to pee my pants.
