That's sweet. Btw is south Jersey going to have any good meets over winter break ? Like big ones worth an hour cruise ? I would bring a couple cars but an hour plus each way in the cold I want to see a crowd that will stay out in the cold for a bit.

Chris, I was reading that there were people from TST there that were at the track for over 7 hours and only got in 2 runs. I should have stayed and just watched but I was so pissed once I saw the staging lanes that I just turned around and left. Plus for some reason my car was running really rich on the Wideband/breaking up for some odd reason so I knew I was not going to get a bunch of passes in to lean it out little by little.

If there is any good meets post up about them. It always seems like you guys have bigger meets, but for some reason North/South never have any big meets together.

This rear end was amazing. IMO, Nissan didn't get the Z33 rear right until the Nismo Z came out.

Basic over view of the BRZ 2700lbs without driver, and the best thing is the center of gravity everything else is eh. 86 I am all set to buy one, I am thinking in black the 2 + 2 model. It's crazy how they are both selling the same car. Only differences basically are the wheels and warranty. Truthfully the differences are just cosmetic and you can talk down the price of a Toyota better. I like my subaru, but they just don't have the better techs or part prices and this will be my dd, not a project car so I am leaning towards the Toyota verision. They also claim the real fun is from the suspension geometry and ride comfort. I am curious how low the frame will actually sit on the production models. The earlier gc chassis's which Subaru drove hard sat really low and handled great, bug eyes did as well, only recently did they start having a higher center of gravity.
Looks aside but Subaru and Toyota know how to build long lasting, high performing cars and I think this is just the most recent. I would love to stay Nissan, but the 2 + 2 is just so roomy. For the BRZ here is an interesting figure though in terms of ...coupe hp per lb. Miata - Weighs 2500ish, 167 hp, starts at $23k - .066 hp/# RX-8 - Weighs 3065 lbs, 232 hp, starts at $27k - .075 hp/# BMW Z4 - Weighs 3252 lbs, 255 hp, starts at $48k - .078 hp/# Pontiac Solstice - Weighs 2860 lbs, 173hp, starts at $24k - .060 hp/# Subaru BRZ - 25-2700 lbs, 200-215 hp, starts mid 20's? - .074-.086 hp/#
