julz, ive lost a lot of weight too recently and im having trouble adapting to it. in the past 4 months now, id say i lost 35 lbs. i went out and bought jeans 4 sizes smaller and my ass is still hanging out. im surprised to all hell and frankly, the only change in my life was pot. idk if thats ridiculous, nor am i justifying using it (since ive stopped a lot, maybe just be a weekend warrior or something). Ive been going to the gym, but its never hit me as hard as this has. Ive always been around 215/220 at 5 foot 5. thats pretty wide. haha suddenly, im down to 185, people are asking me if ive lost weight, if im dieting, im like...uh...not at all actually. lol i have realized my appetite has diminished a lot though.

^ you lost weight after quitting pot or starting pot? i lost 20 pounds after i quit smoking. i would smoke at midnight and raid the kitchen for junk food like 5 times a week lol.

naah, when i smoked i didnt get the munchies. i did at first, but that went away. i think it suppressed it to be honest. i still smoke, not to the extent i was the last couple months.

i wish i could smoke and not get the munchies. i would get ravenously hungry up until the day i quit, and i smoked for...5 years. i miss smoking sometimes, especially when i'm stressed out, but i was so lazy and unfocused when i was continually high.

as soon as i felt myself feeling that, i was able to force myself to do something. even just simply taking the dogs for a walk. i also avoided heavy high pot. I dont like sitting around sober, i hated it even more high. thats why i normally shoot photography high or sketch, or something. never do i just zone.

i never cared about being big. as long as i was cleared by the doctor to still be healthy heart wise and everything. I never really ate poorly persay, ive always been a big kid. ive always played sports and stuff too so i knew i was doing ok. Obviously being overweight is bad, but the people that are overweight and lazy and practically about to have a heart attack at 30, thats a different story

and my day is even better.... all morning I've been dizzy whenever I stand up or even just sit up in bed... went to test my blood sugar... 77. Yayyyyy.

for me, i was always a skinny kid, then i started to pack on muscle senior year of highschool, then got lean and mean after bootcamp, then, got gained weight there on afterwards.

my issue is my mid section shows most of ym weight gain, and it's the hardest area to lose weight at too

I've never tested lower than 110. 77 isn't terrible if you normally range around that area.

yea, i gotta gut too. that was the first thing as well, then manboobs. hahaha now my bitch tits are flattening out, and the top of my gut is pulling inward (like when im just standing there, you can see the outline of my rib cage and my stomache sinks a little, but i gotta spare tire going on. lol kinda like the reverse hourglass. hahaha

yeah, i'm rockin the spare right now. i started losing it when i was in japan, then i hurt my rib, and couldn't work out for a couple of months. now, with school and work soon, i got to find time to start working out again
