rear main seal went in fine. Originally it wasnt flush on the outside edge of the cover which caused a small leak I discovered when taking off the flywheel.

The trans is just heavy and awkward lol.. may take another stab at it tomorrow night.

well to say the least. the trans is finally in for good. turns out there were dowel pins stuck in the "new" trans from when the kid took it off of his motor. got it all squared away though. The car is on 4 wheels and the motor is secured by all 4 mounts. just have to back tomorrow and touch up some things and the car should be good this weekend for sure.
