Also I am still paying on the car, so if the engine blows while I am still paying the car off it kinda sucks.

I'll probably run it like this until after winter, and then decide what I want to do...If I upgrade the intercooler process west FTW.
Why would you need bigger injectors? one8turbo was and I still am running a bigger IC with stock injectors. I know you have a custom tune, is that why? I'm really curious.

Go big TMIC, EBCS, re-tune and you're set for a while.

Absolutely. I didn't do injectors until i upgraded the turbo.

Hmm I always thought that I needed bigger injectors if i did a bigger TMIC, manual boost controller (rather do manual which I already have) and a re-tune.

I guess I am wrong haha.

Why manual BCS instead of EBCS? I always thought EBCSs were better. Sorry for nitpicking your modding techniques, I am just a curious dude.

Also, you're assumption above is correct if you were going to run E85. But for stock turbo on 93 octane, stock injectors work fine.

In all honesty your best bet is to talk to your tuner and see what he says about the intercooler and boost controller. Seems like most tuners like ebcs's

The EBCS i don't want to use because my tuner likes the manual boost controllers better.

Plus I like the fact that every boost level will be tuned up to the maximum boost level you are running, so I have the option to turn the boost down in the winter time if i want.

You may ask why would I turn the boost down in the winter time, my answer is I want to protect the engine from boost creep, which these turbos are known for, so If i turn the boost down in the winter with the cold air, i won;t have to worry about it.

Are your current injectors running higher than 85% of their duty cycle?
If not, then you don't need bigger injectors.

I don't like ebcs on ewg cars because of the waste gate chatter. It's annoying as hell haha. They work and work well but I prefer mbc's

So i think the boost leak issue is fixed, and with this turbosmart BPV the car is holding boost like a champ!
