that amt of protein sounds okay. I'd bump it up a tad if I were you.. or at least keep it at a solid 200g everyday. 150g is probably quite low for your bodyweight.

I see that your morning, lunch,and dinner adds up to about 170g of protein.. then that's about 30g of protein spread throughout other things during the day. while your diet sounds above average compared to most people, there could be room for improvement. with that diet, you're body isn't going to be in a positive nitrogen balance throughout the whole day due to the infrequent intake of protein. to ward of catabolism so your body doesn't dip into your muscles for amino acids, you want to intake protein every 2.5-3 hours. I suggest you bump your protein intake to 210-240g a day and spread that throughout 6 occasions, 3 hours apart. which equals 35-40g each time.

and one more thing, I see you're taking in "MAYBE 10g of fat total." EFAs and other lipids (esp. phosphate lipids) are essential in keeping your hormone levels in tip-top shape and for fighting off catabolism.

Thanks for the info! Yeah that all sounds good. I underestimated the amounts of protein in dinner, that's probably more since one piece of grilled chicken has about 30-40g's. I'd say I take in closer to 200g per day and im 225lb right now.

I want a new diet so write me up something, gotta shock my body once again and start something new. Hitting platau's kills me! I hate it. hahaha

For real, i'd be willing to commit to anything you tell me to, so the dedication is there, just give me the info now. haha

Balls to the wall. Comfortable doesn't get the job done, but it helps maintain the weight.

Nothing that makes me starve myself and limits the amount of protein intake, making it unhealthy. I'm doing this the right way, none of that bull**** starving, surgery, or throwing up ****. haha

haha you could be at 235 in 2-3 months if you kept at it hard like I do.

I'm not skinny yet, 30-40 more lbs and I should be good to go. I am putting on alot of muscle though, my trainers got me going hard with lifting haha. I can finally say I put up more than I weigh hahaha.
