I discovered today that we have one fork in my entire work. I decided I am going to keep it in my desk so no one else can use it.

It sucks working in North East Philly, but its cool at the same time. I work for a rental company, and I just found out that three of our cars just got impounded for making drug sales out of them. So now I have to go down with the manager and pick up the car at the impound lot. YAY for stupid ass people.

What can be done for the following situation?

I went to a bar, received the worst service ever. My tab was 15.85 and due to the level of horrible service I left a .15 cent tip, rounded my check to 16 and left. Yes, it was that bad. I just checked my statement and the over the hill a$$hole bartender left himself a $5 dollar tip, my statement read $20.85. I called, coincidentally enough I think it was him I was talking to. He said fax it in, and said I was making it tough for him to be nice about the situation

I want to know, other than getting my money back, this is technically theft, although the amount is small, this is a restaurant stealing $5 from me. Tips are not mandatory and they stole $5 from me. What can be done to really sort of say f. u. to this dude?

PS It was the FARMHOUSE IN DOYLESTOWN, NEVER GO THERE!!!

Could I? Hmm....I'll have trouble deciding whether to do that, or give them a shot first at making it up.

A call from the police scares anyone, and once its made, it's on record so they can be ****ed later if it gets reported again. You'll get your money back.

But I say give them a shot at giving you your money back first.

the farmhouse?

you're best bet is to report it to the manager, they'll keep an eye on people.

Restaurants in D-town don't want their patrons getting stolen from. They will fire employees for that
