heres some pictures i been taking primarily for my flickr 365 learning something new every day but lately the muted color/magenta-pinkish tint has been my addiction

i have a bunch of others uploaded on some online webhost but i forget which one if you guys could throw up some hosting sites maybe ill remember it

Hrm tough choice. I Say if you have good glass get the D300, if you don't have good glass get the 70-200 2.8. Either way you will be happy, I know I sure am with that combo.

yellowMSP, I dig the duotone stuff! Yours looks way better than any conversions I've done, need to try it some more.

jspek, flash in direct sunlight is fun. Having the sun be a rim light is sweet, I did a bunch of pictures like that a few weeks ago. For some reason they look a little yellow/green on my monitor, though. I like #1 and think it would be even better with a little editing and WB adjustment... feel free to hate on my edit, I can take it down.

yea i used a warmer white balance with a greener tint. something ive been doing lately. i dont know why, but i kinda like it lol.

gotcha, i thought it might have been tinted that way on purpose but whatever. my edit looks a little 'sterile' compared to yours... in a series i might like the off-color.

old shot of mine, eh. my laptop crashed so can only post pictures i already have online at work.
