compared to c6 vettes, m3's and 3 and 1 series bmw's of course they don't handle. but i've had the pleasure of driving all three srt-8 cars out at BeaveRun and Englishtown's track and they are all competent track cars and all feel very confident on the asphalt.

they sure as hell don't handle like a bmw or a vette... but to say they don't handle well is putting them in the same class as cadillac eldarado. the cars handle well, but don't compare to higher end sports cars

just got some new silverstar headlight bulbs that actually fit. had to find 9006XS size ones cuz my xtravision bulbs couldnt be seated all the way. theyre a lot more whiter and brighter and have a slight hint of purple too. also picked up 3 TST stickers at sonic in morgantown a few weekends ago. got 3 white ones and put two on the rear side windows (where it slants upward, one on each side) and one on the rear window. it looks great

Bought a new tip just to make it look a little better. It was a little too big but we made it fit. I think it looks good

Just ordered my projector headlights w/ halos today. $250 I payed. I hear great reviews and seen it in person. Hopefully get them in a week and have em installed soon

yes thats right. I talked to the guys at the Pypes vendor at carlisle yesterday and they said they will bring a system for me in 2 weeks at the chrysler show. I will be getting a dual cat-back system with street pro mufflers. theyre not too loud but not too quiet either. $560 its going to cost me but no shipping which is a plus. cant wait

new projector headlights have been shipped and are on the way. will post pics of entire install

July 7th update:

finally making some way with the car now.

ive decided to scratch the whole pypes exhaust idea and now...ive got me an free SRT exhaust system! right now its sitting in my garage but its being installed at my body shop on friday. cant wait to see and hear the results. will post pics asap.

also, i ordered my halo projector headlights and im still waiting for them to be shipped. its been 2 weeks already. if i get em next week, most likely they'll go on by the weekend.

the exhaust is on!! the long awaited mod is finally done. now people can stop telling me to get my exhaust done. its a stock exhaust system from an SRT8. its a direct bolt on application but the pipes were different sizes so i had to get an adapter. i also used a universal hanger but the guy at my shop suggested that we get the factory hanger so im taking it in next week so they can get it on and alighned right. some pics are below

projector headlights just came in today. its about time. wanted to get some help from other people but if igured best way to learn is by doing it. very easy process with removing the front fascia. 5 hours worth of work and it was well worth it. the halos are CCFLs which are the brighter ones. pics below
