Most of olive gardens food (if not all) is prepackaged and arrives that way from the distributor and most items are microwaved. I know servers there.

^Correct. Most of OG's food is prepackaged. The chefs do most of the prep work. I worked at the oxford valley OG from '02-'04. I'll also state that it was easily the cleanest restaurant I've worked at. Not the best food, but very clean. And I'll also state that most of the staff, myself included, got away with A LOT there, but nothing that went against the customers.
EDIT-Most of the food is prepackaged but not microwaved. When I worked there, the only main course microwaved meal was the lasagne. Some apps were microwaved as well.

I've put 5 years into restaurant working and I've learned that while many customers are'nt respected by the employees, any malice directed towards them is'nt worth risking one's job over. I've never seen anyone spit into food or even use food dropped on the floor(exception being my first job at a disgustingly horrid bagel joint). I'd be more concerned with the overall cleanliness of the place. For instance, lets just say that OG was the only restaurant I've worked at in which I never saw a mouse.

actually yes, i have heard that they are the most stringent restaurant when it comes to cleanliness, making servers wash hands every five minutes or something around there.

And having worked in restaurants for a good while, I have never seen, not once, anyone do anything to a customers food that would be considered wrong, or dirty, or disrespectful.

Dude. Urban Myths just posted the exact same OP on their site... It doesn't let you copy the text though. Their major points of contention:

1) Someone who gets sick from food probably won't bring the food in for testing
2) If they DID bring it in, semen is the LAST thing they would be teseting for, usually it's salmonila or e-coli, etc
3) If the DID test for semen, how can they discern that it was more than 1 guy? They would have to do multiple DNA tests on it, something that is quite expensive and not easy to achieve.
4) They'll never catch me.
