i was putting a new timing belt on a madza 626 at work, and had the cam gears off too for some reason...well i didn't mark which was intake and which was exhaust so when i put them back on, i mixed them up... i left work soon after cuz i had a class and ended up coming back the next day to see the airbox in a ****load of pieces. the car supposedly backfired so bad when a coworker fired it up that it blew the box up and sounded like a shotgun blast LOL i wish i was there to see it tho, it was probably pretty kickass in a dumbass way

I once drained my tranny by accident and then filled the engine up with oil

One time I was replacing the fitting hole on my oil feed line to the turbo, and when I went to turn it back on, I left the hose out and it sprayed oil all over my motor. Then after I cleaned everything up, I filled the oil back up but left the oil cap off. More oil spilled all over the place. I felt like a complete moron.

This is why I wouldn't teach my ex how to drive stick. I JUST got a clutch put in the old car. I wasn't about to let her ruin that one.
