I'd use hardened studs. They wont losen up as easy and they handle heat alot better.

You can also find them at home depot. They're black.

I assume I should take out the other 2 and use 5 of the same thing.

Do you know the sizes I need for the t fitting and whatever I need to thread into that? Do I need a male or female t fitting? Where should I look to get these? Sorry for the stupid questions.

I just spent a half hour reading this. I remember you posting about a few problems you had with the car. I'm assuming everything is okay now and that you're not having any problems?

On a DSM? Either would I =P

Just because the motor can handle 500whp, doesn't mean I want to push it that far. It just makes the motor more likely to run safely. And it certainly doesn't mean, I could handle 500whp. Secondly, this is the 1st time I've ever worked on/driven a turbocharged car. I would like to get all the bugs out and make sure everything is running properly, ie...fuel, tunning etc before I try to go bigger. I got a really good deal on a SUPER clean T28 that, like I said, I had rebuilt, rebalanced and ported. I'm only looking for roughly 300 @ the wheels for now to get my feet wet. Just because I have the motor/money/ability to throw down way more horsepower, doesn't mean I want to be a Nick Hogan jackass and put it in a tree (even though I do not, nor condone ****ing around on the street, but you get the idea).
I think that's a really smart idea. A lot of people push their cars as far as they think they can go right from the beginning then it ends up blowing up right away. I like the way you're handling this. Do what you feel comfortable with now, and later when you feel like it's okay for more power, that's when you upgrade.

LOL STi parts are waaaaaaay more expencive. You could probably do two 240s for the price of one STi.

30 grand in the 240 world?

Hell, I would have two 2.7L RB coupes sitting in my driveway with big ass turbos with that amount of money... One S13 and one S14...

Do you possibly have a link where I can find these parts in the size I need?
