By far the best band around right now (in my opinion), they seriously put on an amazing show. Next time my friend puts on a show at his house I'll tell him to try and book you guys. He sets up great shows and always pulls out a good amount of kids. Also Siren Records is a great venue, hopefully you guys will like it, i dunno if youve played/been there but its a record store and has a decent sized area for shows with a small stage. Should be a good show, my friends band (The Domino Theory) is trying to get on their 2nd or 3rd show there with Smoke Or Fire. Get their new ep for free on their purevolume site.

thanks for the kind words dude, siren records is an awesome venue...we've played there a lot over the last two years, last show we had there we played with the ataris which was pretty cool haha. and i love smoke or fire! that would be an awesome lineup.

I used to sing in a band when I lived in NY. It was a band that started as metal, but when people weren't picking up on it, we made it into a joke emo band. For some reason people started to enjoy it so we swayed to pop-punk and had a lot of fun. Even got to play with Yellowcard. BUT... since I'm down here in PA I've went to a couple practices for a few different bands, but nothing really clicked for me. Most of them wanted to do Sabbath and old Metallica. I've got no problem with the music, just really don't like singing it.

Wouldn't mind finding a punk-ish band around State College to sing with.

I do have a set, but the space is small. We could easily get everyone in, but there wouldn't be a ton of movement, and the room is enclosed so it would be LOUD. Weekends at my house can be a possibility, but I have to play it by ear since I do live with my parents, so I don't want to be obnoxious, but I don't see it being a big problem. And my set is crappy. I bought it used for $100 and then bought some Zildgian symbols. I'm looking into getting a better snare at least since it blows. But, the cool thing is we can do some half decent recordings if we end up writing anything cool. Which is a given...
