Build your car like the black on that was on the cover of Sport Compact Car a while ago. Maybe in '05 or '06. It was black with green decals, had a parachute, it was a rear shot of the car, was from Arizona. Any of you supra guys remember this car?

Car was beautiful.

Drag cars and dyno queens have been done to death in the supra world. And they're such a waste of an awesome car. Some people have done it right, but it's a waste unless you're going to the extremes that they have.

Supras make awesome track cars. They just need some stiffer springs with good dampers, and I think I know someone who can do that. Fix the motor, get a good suspension on there, good tires, get it aligned and then take it to a road course. It can be awesome.

Was it the cover where there were 3 Supra's on the front? a black, quicksilver and the gold Top Secret Supra (I think)?? If so, I vaguely remember it.

I don't know that Troll wants to go all out with a cage and such.

Nah it was just a black supra. I recently threw out all my old magazines so I don't have it anymore. I don't think SCC has archives either.

As for the drag car statements, I wasn't implying that. Just meant make it nice.

george, thanks for the offer, i managed to snag a digital file of a 95 FSM so hopefully i'm set there.
i know things can change, but at this point i have no desire to build a dyno queen or make an obscene amt of power, but a moderate amt sounds ok

. i'd definitely like it to perform all around though. first things first though, dont want to get ahead of myself.
gotta finish up this wagon sti swap, then finish up my subie, then i can dig into the supra!
oh, and why is everybody hating on my photos!!? i thought i did pretty well for a dark building and a little point and shoot camera handheld, haha.
