I don't reference cars in JAPAN. I live here in America, with you. I don't care what they have out there. Point is, the guys running them here, have them on their show cars.

Do I race? Sure on the street, maybe do a 1/4 here and there, but that's it. I have a motor/turbo setup sponsor and all he wants me to do is just track the car to see what it does, show my dyno sheet, and spread the word. Can't beat that, right?

Like I said, its impossible...there is at least one (more realistically a handful or team) of racecars in the US, built HERE, to race HERE that use the Takata harnesses, not becuase they are JDM, but maybe because they got sponsored?? Got em for the same price as you would pay for Sparco?? Or maybe because they can.

Like I told D, visit a local road course.

I'm sure there are some of these new race series that may have cars running them. That wasn't my point. I'm talking about the masses of people that run the harnesses.

D... All I want to see if your cars taking a corner sideways at 90mph. Then I'll never talk **** about your car again.

All the parts on your car.....never intended for drag racing. So why drag race it??? Take that thing to the road track were it belongs. Road racing is 30x more fun than drag racing.

Anyways, we need to do a re-match on the street again for old times sake. We never got a good run in back when we were both teenagers.

Back then, the cars were probably identical times, just came down to the driver. Now it would probably be different since the cars aren't even at all.

You are doing the same thing that guy did to you. Assuming. I know Dimitri.

People can spend their money however they want. My point was that you don't have to spend 1k to have harnesses.

Probably true. I mean the motor and turbo setup will be setup for the 1/4mi. It may be a little laggy, maybe not for the road track...

Of course the new aero, big tires, and brakes are good for a road track but that's just stuff I need.
