its an easy as **** job to do though...and sales specialists make more than managers do after comission. loader is by far teh bitch job, you become the lacky for everyone in the store. get a job at lowes as a sales specialist..trust me you'll be pulling in anywhere from 2-4k a month if you know how to sell.

Edit: Try Costcos, they pay pretty good. $10 an hour starting with steady increases.

All the ones Ive seen around here at the Costco and BJs don't do alot of business. So Im sure commission isn't gonna be huge. If you wanna do retail man, hit up the malls or big stores like Best Buy or Circuit City.
