I want a CSM and swap in the 4g63t. All the upgrades for these cars are bolt ons from the junk yard. I'd put my origional vr4 wheels on it, total sleeper.

400ish hp + 2100 lbs =

I would like to take a Supra and strip it to a bare chassis and rebuild it brand new. Just like out of Toyota, but WAY better with tons of aftermarket parts, beautiful paint job, undercoating, powder coating, chrome......WAIT....That's what I'm doing now

- 510 or 210. This is more something I would like to restore, rather then make fast.
- TT Z32
- S14: Unmolested by Teenagers or Drifters. Preferably an automatic driven by an old lady.
- Sentra: One that needs some love, and a new hood (Just like mine)!

this week i want a ferrari 308 GTSi quatrovalvole with:
cryo'ed stock block
pauter machine rods
je pistons
custom manifolds
garret GT30
AEM standalone
Water to air intercooling
and some other goodies.

stock they run around 2700 lbs, so it wouldnt need too much power. around 400 ought to be quite a bit of fun as long as the focus is on responsiveness (and historically capable considering this engine was the basis for the ones used in the 288 gto and f40)

the nsx is very sexy, Lets just put it this way: i could have gone four different routes within my mid engined exotic at or around 30K criteria,

Acura NSX
Lotus Esprit
Lamborghini Jalpa
Ferrari 308

all of them have killer looks, but the nsx was the clear winner in terms of reliability and aftermarket

i'd still love to have one of the others, its my belief that with a little work and some universal aftermarket parts you could turn a euro-exotic deathtrap into a reliable everyday supercar. certainly can't use the nsx for that theory ;)
