I have always used acestainless.com for anything and everything stainless. Still haven't found a nice quality aluminum dealer yet. I haaaaate the Vibrant stuff which is what everyone seems to use.

looks good. i like that its removable in the event that it needs to be replaced. would love to see it all one piece, but knowing first hand. even a crappy tube bender isn't cheap. so if it works, it works!

I building an intake manifold for a Nissan Titan right now. Just got my CNC router fixed. Can't wait to start welding this bad boy up!

SR20 Downpipe

I really need to get some .045" rod and 1/16" tungsten. I was working with 3/32" tungsten and 1/8" filler on 16 gauge pipe, not ideal but had to get it done quick.



I love my 2% Lanthanated Tungsten. That's all I use with my inverter TIG. I want to get some 1.5% to try out too. I've read it has better arc stability and less wear erosion. Does great job on mild, stainless, and aluminum.
