Actually reminds me of this.

Probbably why I like it so much haha. According to what I've read, it even supports hand-winding AND hacking. Someone said if you put a 0 on the price of it, it would still be a good deal haha

Basically means that when you pull the crown all the way out the second hand stops, it's known as a hacking mechanism, vs a non hacking where your second hand runs till the mainspring is out of steam. Hacking is good for setting atomic time to the second, and a bragging right really haha

although it's rather ugly looking for watch standards, this watch in literally INSANE. actually uses tiny air pistons to help regulate movement. Pretty cool and only costs 100k.

I really like this one too but they show 2 movements in the picture and I don't know which actually comes in the watch, probbably the un-polished one. On one hand for <$100 you can't complain. On the other hand, I'm not sure

That's my watch.

Definitely looks like they tried to clone the Chopard. Love that watch BTW.

I want one of these - they are just $3k!:

Edox WRC ChronoRally: A real instrument for Rally Drivers.

The new WRC Chronograph has many functions. In addition to the standard displays, the watch offers a plethora of new possibilities: stage timing with an accumulated stage time, recount/replay mode, countdown mode and chronograph. What rally driver has never dreamed of finally having a watch that would enable them to time their performance? Edox, a Jura watchmaking firm which celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2009, has now made this dream come true with a collection wholly dedicated to the World Rally Championship (WRC). Developed exclusively for Edox, the new 36 calibre is a true revolution in the worlds of watchmaking and cars.

All these functions are accessible by means of the push pieces and the crown, which, with its outsize design, permits easy access for the gloved hands of a rally driver.

An instrument that is truly dedicated to the world's best rally drivers and their co-drivers, the WRC Chronograph also boasts original car-theme details, with, for example, its raised case back representing a wheel rim and its rubber wristband reproducing the contours of car tires. Available in either black or white dial.

Edox has been taken on as the official timing partner for the WRC World Rally Championship for the next three years.

There's tons of nice inexpensive watches you can get. What's your style? Just don't get a huge one with a tight bracelet.

Does anyone have a pic of a 47mm next to something else? I can't get an idea of just how big that is, I really want a 47mm Ticino but don't want to buy it if it's going to be huge.

mine but I don't wear it often. Always had a weird complex about people who needed a watch...like they're in a hurry or something all the time...

I have been trying to save up and buy a Rolex Dayonta Cosmograph to keep my Submariner company . But every time i get close i end up spending the money on other things. I got the Submariner from Switzerland and saved some money. Since my friend moved back home, i am not as compelled to spend to buy it here.
