I am sorry, as I was not informed. I only stepped in to help get this meet approved, and it appears that we've done that.

Dawn Lippincott of the County Administrators office, called my cell phone this morning and asked who she should make the letter out to. I told her to add my name, and the website, to show that the meet is in fact organized, and not just some random hooligans.

I am going to try and organize a meeting with John, myself and who ever else needs to be involved, so we can sit down and talk about how were going to handle the meets and run them now, since we went all the way to get approval, we need to make sure, 100% of the time, no shenanigans go on.

She also sent a copy of the verification to the Chief of Police for Woodbury, as per my request.

If your going to attend the meets, I would print out a copy of the above letter and stick it in your car.

We will resume the meet next week?
