Anyone have any pointers for cooking stuffed chicken breast? It always comes out soggy and gross. I typically cook at 325-350 for about 45 mins to an hour. Anyone?

Try a lower heat maybe? Usually if I have to leave something in the oven for a long period of time, cooking on 250 for 1 1/2 hours or so works.

what are they stuffed with? that could cause a lot of the sogginess, most people complain about dried out chicken.
I assume you are using an oven and not a grill or something else?
I've smoked quite a few at 250 for a few hours.

Its just normal chicken stuffing. Think stove top because I'm cheap lol. But using an oven.

When I had my 95 Ranger (3.0 V6, 2WD) I was getting 200 to a tank. If I pushed it, I would maybe get 215-220, but the gas light would come on. I hated that thing more then anyone could imagine. Glad I sold it when I did. Guy who bought it off me, made a hell of a profit. I sold it for like $250 bucks, guy made like an $1800 profit from it. Oh well...needed a **** ton of work when I sold it.

is this a boneless chicken breast? Do you cover it in foil or something? Bake it on the lower rack? cooking it till at least 165 and then letting it rest for like 20-30mins before slicing?

Oh weird. I thought I texted ya on Sunday when I was at airport.

2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 129k miles. They have an extended warranty for $800 that last for 5 years or 100k miles. Figured that would be worth it to get us all of those years out of it.
