I wasn't joking, I was serious. I don't know what the **** I'm looking at when I see a V8. Tell me it's the exhaust coming out the ****ing hood. I don't even see an engine under the hood of that camaro. Just a large ****ing turbo and a heatshield. WTF is going on with that car?

It's a wonky setup but the pipe off the hotside of the turbo pointing up is what would generally connect to a downpipe and to the exhaust.

this gives a better view, where a traditional 'intake' would be would be the cold side of a turbo you can see that polished here, so air is sucked into that side and spit downwards into the charge pipe into the intercooler which cools the air and then releases the air on the left of the intercooler that goes upward and eventually into the intake manifold sitting on the top of the v8 motor...

Yes that's the exhaust. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's a V8.

I wish it was all that flat grey color and that the wheels weren't retina-burning green, but otherwise I think it's pretty schweet. Definately a fan of that rear window spoiler action.
