Anyone hear about this story? The apartments are close to my work and about a block from one of our other office locations.
A 7 year old was gang-raped. 5 people have been arrested so far. It makes me ****ing sick to my stomach. The worst part, imo, is that her 15 year old stepsister took money from the guys to touch the 7 year old. What is wrong with people? http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/201..._three_ju.html

We just went over general population vs segregation in 2 of my classes(Intro to corrections and Parole,probation,and community corrections both of which are taught my professors who have not only their Doctorate,but more then 10 years in the field.),its what they taught us. Might differ per state,who knows

I wasnt sure,since all of our classes are taught with im guessing a NJ stand point on policies and procedures. I added might differ per state to say that im not 100% sure but this is what i was told sorta feel.
