So today my gf and I will be looking at 2 more houses....I think this is probably #11 or 12 that we're going to check out. Couple hits and misses here and there but overall it's been a really tedious and slightly frustrating process.

It took us a while to find a house as well. We saw easily over 2 dozen houses. It's a big decision so you need to find what will be best for you for years to come. Which is hard to think that far ahead.

I looked at about 17 houses before we finally bought ours. I'm actually looking to become a realtor. Not soon but maybe within the next year. I need a career change.

Good luck with becoming a realtor. My dad did that once, went through all the courses for that. He worked for Weichert (sp?) He did all kinds of things for them, working the front desk when needed, they don't get paid for that kind of stuff. Sold a few houses, always did open houses. Its a tough thing to get into. Not discouraging you to do it. Good luck with it.

yea i thought so as well. I'm sure I could get up to $8 a pound. You can easily get 2 sandwiches per pound. But we'll see. thinking i'm only going to be able to do 20#'s this weekend, I don't have the fridge space for that much meat.

You could get $10 lb no problem. Cost is a solid $3 plus labor.

If I lived any closer I'd take some.

Nah I hear ya. Seems like everyone is getting into it anymore. I still look at houses after I've bought mine. I just have an itch for it.

Yeah it's not for everyone. My dad just worked there until his license ran out. He's now retired.
