Good luck man. Best thing I can tell you is don't make drastic changes too fast. Its hard to make them stick. The little things are where its at. Once the ball starts rolling its easy to keep it moving.

Going to tilted kilt for lunch today. Already have my lunch picked out. Two scoops of vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, and a shot of jack Daniels drizzled on top.

Just hope I don't get any sugar on my scrubs. ****s embarrassing.

No, thankfully not outside. If it was outside, I'd probably end up quitting. On a different note, I did work on my resume last night. Since the hospital I work at merged with another hospital, taking on a different name, and our company is contracted to clean the hospital, they could get rid of the contract and I would be out of a job. Hope that doesn't happen though.
