or would consider other wide zooms for full frame Nikon, although there aren't many.

Chris, how do you like yours? If you see another FS please let me know, even if its from a shop. I've heard sharpness is hit or miss with them so I wouldn't mind paying a little more from a shop if it means I can test it out before I buy it. Not even sure where you're located these days but I'd be interested to check yours out unless I can find one locally to take a look at. Let me know, thanks

I like mine! I honestly don't use ultra-wides that much which is why I didn't spring for 17-35/2.8. The Sigma is plenty sharp where I use it, which is mostly stopped down a few stops. In everything I've shot wide open it's not much different, but I don't really peep much. The colors don't have any of the yellow cast I've heard of from Sigma lenses and are nice and vibrant.

The bottom right on that last one is slightly out of focus, not soft.

I'm in Ewing a few days a week and could definitely drop it off for you to try out for few days if you want.

FWIW, we filmed a LOT of Top Gear USA stuff with an HF-10. Great, tiny travel camera with excellent files that hold up well to editing.
