i only have small social gatherings. I don't need strangers in my house taking advantage of me and ****ing up my house. I paid too damn much for it to have some assholes treating it like a bar bathroom. No thanks!

I'm the same way. I don't know you, or if you trash my house (more then it already is) there not welcome in my house again. That being said, I haven't had a party at my house in a while.

We have a pretty open door policy at our house. If we're not busy/tired/whatever, you can come over. Although, a lot of people don't utilize it. haha. But yeah, don't bring someone into our house because you know we don't like them. It will start **** and isn't cool.

People were smoking pot on our front stoop. We live in a townhouse and our front door it about 5' from the lady next to us. And, we rent so if a cop were to have come by we without a doubt would be kicked out of our house. Not cool.

I have parties all the time, you're only baller if **** gets broken and you dont care, just replace it. Good times are to be had!

Sarcasm aside. I usually do have parties, but my friends are ironically pretty good at not breaking ****, hell they even clean up sometimes.

Oh and people are generally courteous in our house. We only had one incident 2 NYE ago where a friend brought a girl and she drunkenly fell into our pantry door and broke it. We had to replace the whole thing. Awesome! Other than that, we've never had anyone brake anything.

My rule so far has been I have to have met you in person and had at least a tiny conversation with you. After that if I somehow find you on FB or vice versa so you're easy to invite, you're welcome to come to my parties. It generally has worked fine, but my parties aren't enormous. 20 people or so.

I would definitely use that open door policy if I a.) lived closer and b.) wasn't a nut job lately

HAHA. I used to come home from work on a Friday night at like 11, can't even get into my own driveway cause people were already at my house drinking with my parents.
