think i'll go to sports authority, see what they've got for running shoes... come back... and order them on the website... since i get a killer discount on those too. i love saving money when i'm spending money i shouldn't be spending.

haha, his "work out" thread he says he's going to bulk for three weeks.

so i figure, if i half ass jogging... mind you, at this point i can't make it a block... i should be ready for a full 26 mile marathon in just a couple of weeks.

yeah, me too. i'm no long distance runner, but i know it takes longer then 2 weeks to get ready for a marathon

my sister used to get running shoes for free, when she was in college. hell, once in a while, she gets huge discount offers for running shoes.

Hahaha I love you Ken and your comments. That kid needs a lot more than 3 weeks to bulk. Took me like a year if not more without taking any supplements.

the shoes on fogdog fall under apparel... which is a flat 40% off all apparel. so, i'll get them cheap. they probably won't be the exact kind i need... but i figure i'll get something cheap, run for a few weeks to get some tread wear on them and take them to one of the local running boutique shops and have them fit me up for something proper.

yeah, when i was in japan, it took me 8 months for me to add 8 pounds of muscle, and i was doing it without supplements. just lifting weights, eating like a horse, and training in MMA.

and right now, i'm trying to cut weigh, i'm at 199 right now, and my goal by the summer is to hit 170, and still have the same strenght, if not more, still.

Damn dude. Aint that pretty skinny? I'm like 225 and I'm about 6'4 ish. Everyone was always saying I could get built because of my body structure, and I'm like I don't really want to get that big. No point in my opinion.

ill be back at the gym. I know not having time isnt much of an excuse but working full time and school full time didnt allow that much time in between. Now that schools over for me for a while, i can focus on working and gym. im 210 and 5 foot 6. you guys can imagine what that looks like hah

I recently lost like 23 pounds or so but gained a few back so I'm ~125 at 5'1" but I have big b00bs so it's not quite as disproportionate as it sounds. Trying to lose another 15 or so.

well, i'm 5'10" at 199. i dont think i'm that big, but, i'm not happy around my mid region. My guess is if my mid region was smaller, i'd be around 170ish.

you can ask ken, oaks, snoozie or jamie what i look like. they all meet me at KoP last saturday.
