There's a bunch, you just have to know where to look. My best friend's parents rent a little rancher in woodbury, actually right back down Broad from were the garage meets were by the diner, with an attached two car and a driveway that is able to hold two more. If you're cool with the landlord, they generally return the favor, but usually only to an extent. We've basically turned the garage into a shopspace over the last few years, and as long as we were on the quiet side and kept the garage door shut at night, there wasn't a single problem and the LL lived across the street. He's a rarity though.

Jerz is nice as far as it being really rural with a whole bunch of interconnected towns and jazz, but the insurance and the other stuff are what kill you. Philly is nice because I live on the outskirts, and although I live in a rowhome, we still have a garage and a driveway. Get further out, and you get more room and better neighborhoods, but I'll always love the city.

I'd love to rent a house and have some buds living with, but ideally, if they were all as into cars as me, it'd have to be like a 3 bedroom house with a 6 car garage, haha.

And yes there are places like you said,but they arent all that common,at least from what i see driving around Woodbury/deptford/glassboro/mantua/mulicahill/turnersville/washington township/blackwood/williamstown area.

And im not worried about garage storage,more just the ability to have space to work if need be ya know.

Maybe it's not broad. They're right by some diner, an Advanced Auto, and LaPollos junkyard. I think the actual main street they're off of is called Hessian.

Surprisingly, I've been able to find a few places with Garages, though most of the locations are inconvenient as they'd make my drive to work more than 10 minutes and my drive to school more than 10 minutes from my house or job.

Haha, niiiice. So we need three bedrooms, a kitchen, a 14 bay garage to fit our cars, 2.5 bath, and cathedral ceilings so we don't have fro-skids all over the ceilings.

Shouldn't be too, too hard to find.

14 Bay Garage ain't necessary though. 4 Bays should do it. One bay for each of us to keep a car and another for the random semi-crazy guy we find on the street and hire to sit in the Garage with a Shot Gun and a Pit-bull to protect our stuff.
