You raise a good point...

I know most of the cops around here just let it go....the cop only mentioned to me that he could write it up.

My towns fairly loose on the code...half the town runs around in lifted trucks that are way to high to be legal.

I've been pulled over 3 times for differnt things since I tinted my tails and they have never once said anything about the tail light tint. Everytime I saw the flashing lights I assumed it was gonna be for my tails b/c I wasn't speeding. I guess it just is a matter of what the cops in your area look for. The ones around here really don't care about tinted tails.
