you have a winner with that sepia shot. i might tone down the highlights a little cause they're slightly blown out but only a smidge.

Thanks, the brides parents actually showed me a picture of them 25 years ago, they wanted the same type of shot and the outside was a little blown out. I forgot to copy it, but when I was editing this picture it kind of ressembled it so I left it that way. I'll show it to them and see what they think.

I finally got done editing the rest of the pictures. I didn't put them all up just a few more on my flickr. The family was super happy, makes me really glad. And I'm still loving my new lens and flash to boot.

Most of these pics are in B/W, the family said they liked the stlye. But most all the family shots and potriats were in color.

Any critiquing, thoughts, suggestions on editing tips are always welcomed.

Sorry posted this one in Random shots too, just cause I liked it so much!

Thanks guys, CSZ I linked to larger flickr shots.

I have never really understood the real power of ISO, and what a great body with High ISO capabilities how much it can affect your shots. The ceremony and reception were extremely under lit, shooting at anything higher than ISO 800 stinks on the D60, and was grainy. Just makes me look forward to upgrading bodies. This was a real eye opener and great learning experience.

Yeah I hear ya on the high ISO capabilities... I went from the D200 to the D700 and I can shoot at ISO 1600 all day long with no noise. Its scary how amazing that machine is. I like the pictures a lot.
