sucks about the fire, good to see you're bringing it back. the eclipse looks nice now too... what runs through peoples heads that makes them buy those body kits?

I have NO idea. the stock 2GB front end and sideskirts look FINE. they are soooo GHEY with kits.

I have a few changes made to the eclipse. New head unit and some other goodies.....maybe I'll post it up. she runs strong though!

i don't mow that ****! LOL. That's my parents lawn. well, i mowed it once or twice. and it's easy. lol

well, I ****ed up my eclipse (once again). i put on a ****ty manifold and it threw a piece of welding slag into the turbine blades. beat the **** outta them and now I have to see how much that is gonna cost to repair. it was running SOOOO great too. My stock mani was cracked real bad and I got a tubular one. apparently it was the **** eBay one and it bit my ass. I had JUST installed a Big 16g turbo from FP last weekend. yup.....i am a dumbass. and I was about to buy the FP race mani but my buddy had this **** one for sale cheap so i figured I would try it for a lil bit. wirked fine till i took it out and drove it. we fished the bb size piece out and now i am driving on a ****ted up turbo. still boosts but I got burnt. yay for more shennanigans. I need to sell the eclipse and stp modifying my daily drivers. it's getting me into trouble. I can get a used SVT focus for $6,500 and it will run for a long time. with NO issues. I just can't stop f-ing with my cars, damn disease. this time it really bit back. I will have to see how much it's gonna cost to have this turbo have a new turbine wheel installed or it it's cheaper to buy a new one for $500. I want to buy a new 16G and the FP manifold, send the busted turbo in and then sell it when it comes back but christ that's MORE money outta my ass.

any ideas? Sell the car? deal with it? fix it? the car has 206K on it and runs like a CHAMP.

here's an update...

eclipse is toast. don't do stupid **** or that will happen. boost is a drug.....

bought an 02 SVTF, stock except for an intake. did some little mods but it's my daily driver. threw a system in and it's good to go.

and the red focus is back together and runs (needs a retune, working on it now).

I couldn't find another APC hood, so i am back to stock.......it will never be the same look without that hood tho....

well, i just got lucky. and i kept my hands on the wheel, and i was sitting back, and i just know the right thing to do in crashes.

If you saw the hood you wouldnt believe it was apc. It's the only thing they made well.
