Just finished doing some work on the car. Took out the carpet, vaccummed it up, and took out a bunch of interior panels.

I had to stop because I was running out of light, so tomorrow I hope to get the dash out.

Only spot of rust on the car I've found so far, none on the rockers, none on the shock towers, none on the wheel wells, none on the frame rails.

Needs a new top...

Needs new tail lights...

Oh, and I've found a total of 5 dead mice and a used tampon in a wrapper so far! Awesome! lol

always liked the idea of an ls1 vert. looks like a clean car. are u buying a pre fabbed kit or doing everything custom?

After reading alllllllll night long of all of the different modifications needed to be done,
it seems to me that the easiest thing to do would be to buy a base kit to start from that will have the modified crossmembers
and mounts.

sounds like an awesome project! I am by no means saying I'm a 240 guru, or that I even know as much as a lot of the guys on the site, but if there is anything I can help with if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I know a fair amount about them.

EDIT: As for what kit, I've heard to just stay away from hinson supercars. Aside from that, don't know a whole lot about LS1's into 240's. I WISH I DID THOUGH!
