Hold home button and top right button once it turns off leave it off then plug it in and than turn it on.. That might work idk it never happened to me

Lol, I'm on my 3rd iTouch. I've had mine get stuck on the low battery screen before, I don't remember how I fixed it though I was really high lmfao.
