OK I admit it....I still listen to the Bangles Manic Monday....but now my daughter is hooked on that song now so if anyone says anything I say I'm playing it for her.

When I get gas I turn my music up and leave my door open so I can still listen to it. I don't have music on very loud when I have other people in the car unless it's my little brother, but that's mostly because I like to talk to the person next to me lol.

Best was when I had a little RATM - Wake Up playing and this old lady looked at me like I was a hood rat trying to steal her purse LOL.

One time I had Children of Bodom on driving home from when I used to work at Petsmart on route 1 and at a red light this lady like honked to get my attention and asked me to turn it down cause she had a hearing aid and it was driving her insane lol. So, politely, I did.

I have a whole sound system in the sti complete with a 10" type R in the trunk. So i love to let my sh*t thump. I listen to a whole bunch of stuff, Rap, rock, r&b, classical, techno, and a whole bunch more. Now i absolutely love it when i get dirty or frightened looks from people while im blasting rap especially. LOL but the stuff most people think is weird that i listen to is, madonna, "what is love" by haddaway, michael Jackson, and my personal favorite, my middle eastern music. I love that sh*t, but it sketches out mad people, who still think that anything middle eastern is connected to terrorism. LOL but as far as turning my music down, i only do that in situations where i dont want to call more attention to myself than i have to.

I turn it down when I'm parked or at a light if it's warm and windows are down.

If it's, Aqua, the Hampster Dance, or that Turn Your Love around song, it's an automatic crank with the windows down for the hilarity factor.

I was cranking Brick Bath one day, because my friend was behind me in his car cranking Soulja Boy. Some guy came right up to my window and I thought he was going to yell at me, but he said they sounded really awesome and wanted to know who they were.
