This probably deserves another thread, but are there any cool license plates (besides the black DARE)?? Like, what US state license plate would you like to have on your car? I think Arizona is cool, right?

Also, this is something I've wondered for a while.

Does/did every State have a different "DARE" plate, or all they all cool and black like the PA one?

As far as I know, NY never had a DARE plate.
